Weld

Polish born Pawel Zawadski, aka Weld, was introduced to electronic music in 2002.

Quickly developing a love for vinyl he started DJ'ing at Przestrzen Graffenberga in 2003 and remained a regular DJ there until 2006, gaining much experience and skills which would serve his productions later on.

In 2007 Pawel became a member of 'Sleepwalkers' who organised  regular events in Warsaw clubs such as M25, CDQ and the Depozyt club.

While their events under the name 'Przejazd 'Techniczny' were becoming well known in Warsaw, it was around this time that Pawel started to develop his love for Techno, particularly UK based Techno. This influence led him to start producing his own music under the name 'Weld'.

In August 2009 as one of the finalists of Muzzo.pl competition Pawel performed at the Audioriver Festival. He also became a member of the BTS (Behind The Stage) art group.

Having already released the 'Specific 001' EP and the 'Drug Of Life' EP already on Underphunk Digital, Pawel has been busy in the studio writing more tracks in his unmistakeable deep and dark Tech style resulting in some fresh new releases ready for release in the near future as well as the brand new Regeneration EP.
